Ingredients
1 tsp dried butterfly pea flowers
1 cup hot filtered water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1–2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1. Steep dried butterfly pea flowers in hot water for 5 minutes.
2. Strain out the flowers and let the tea cool slightly.
3. Add lemon juice to see the color change.
4. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
