This cucumber elderflower spritz mocktail is a crisp, floral, and refreshing alcohol-free drink made with fresh cucumber, elderflower syrup, lime juice, and sparkling water. Perfect for summer parties, brunch, or any wellness-focused gathering.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh cucumber juice (about 1 large cucumber blended and strained)
1–1½ tablespoons elderflower syrup
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
½–¾ cup sparkling water or club soda
Ice cubes
Fresh mint sprig for garnish
Cucumber slices for garnish
Instructions
1. Blend or muddle fresh cucumber until smooth.
2. Strain the cucumber through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
3. Add cucumber juice, elderflower syrup, and lime juice to a glass.
4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
5. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
6. Garnish with fresh mint and cucumber slices. Serve immediately.
