Description

A refreshing green mocktail made with cucumber, mint, and lime—sparkling, sugar-free, and fast to make.

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped

Juice of 1 lime

68 mint or basil leaves

Optional: 1/4 green apple or 1 kiwi, peeled

1 cup sparkling water

Pinch of sea salt

Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Blend cucumber, lime juice, herbs, and optional fruit with a splash of water.

2. Strain mixture into a glass or pitcher for a smoother texture.

3. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.

4. Pour the green mixture over ice.

5. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

6. Garnish with cucumber, mint, or lime as desired.

Notes

Straining is optional depending on your texture preference.

For a more functional version, replace sparkling water with green tea.

Keep extra mixture in the fridge up to 2 days.
