Description
This non-alcoholic sangria mocktail is a refreshing, fruit-filled pitcher drink made with grape juice, cranberry juice, fresh citrus, seasonal fruit, and sparkling water. It’s perfect for parties, brunch, baby showers, and family gatherings.
Ingredients
3 cups white or red grape juice
2 cups cranberry juice
1½–2 cups sparkling water or flavored seltzer (added before serving)
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 apple or peach, thinly sliced
Ice (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and slice all fruit into thin rounds or wedges.
2. Add the sliced fruit to a large pitcher (about one-third full).
3. Pour in the grape juice and cranberry juice using a 3:2 ratio.
4. Stir gently to combine and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to infuse.
5. Just before serving, add sparkling water and stir lightly.
6. Serve cold over ice and garnish with fresh fruit.
Notes
Chill all ingredients before mixing for best flavor.
Add sparkling water only right before serving to keep bubbles fresh.
For a low-sugar version, use unsweetened cranberry juice and dilute with extra sparkling water.
The juice base (without sparkling water) can be stored up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
